TTV Stiphout will also try to raise a nice amount in 2018. We can really use this for the maintenance of our table tennis center Stiphouse. How can we do that?
Rabobank makes an amount of €100,000 available for Helmond associations/foundations that do their banking with Rabobank. TTV Stiphout is one of them.
The distribution of this amount will be done via a digital voting round by members of Rabobank Helmond. You must be a member before 1 February of this year to be able to vote. If you have an 'and/or' account, you can even both be members. If you have an account at Rabobank, that does not mean that you are also a member; you must consciously set this up. This can be done quite easily via the Rabobank website, among other things. Being a member costs nothing and you can participate in discussions about certain matters within the bank, without any obligations. At the moment, there are approximately 10,000 members at Rabobank Helmond.
A member of Rabobank will receive a unique code at home just before the start of the voting period. With this code, one can cast 5 votes for 5 different associations. The period in which one can vote is from 5 to 30 April.
The challenge is therefore to mobilize as many people as possible to actually vote!
TTV Stiphout, the largest table tennis association in Helmond, is organizing this Rabo Clubkas Campaign together with Stiphout Vooruit, the largest association in Stiphout, HAC, the athletics association of Helmond and the surrounding area, Fanfare De Vooruitgang, the most musical association in Stiphout and Carnival Association De Spurriezeiers, the most fun association in Stiphout!
We would love it if our members would of course vote for our association, but also for the other 4 mentioned associations. And it would be even better if you collect codes from people who do not actually intend to use their vote and also use them for the 5 associations. That way we support each other optimally. If we all do that, we will raise a fantastic amount together!
After the voting round has closed, the total number of votes cast will be counted and the value of each vote will be calculated (€100,000 divided by the number of votes cast). This amount times the number of votes cast on TTV Stiphout determines what it has yielded for our association. The amount will be announced at a festive gathering in May.
You see that there is quite a challenge. How do we reach as many voters as possible for TTV Stiphout? Also ask your grandpa/grandma, your brother/sister or the neighbors if they want/can vote for TTV Stiphout, but also the other 4 associations.
